Human beings, without education, become like objects for political systems, used as pieces in a game where the winner is always the one who governs.

In Africa, specifically, human beings in this condition are unaware of their rights and their constitution, hence living without the promised benefits. This is why they live on the margins of evolution and development, confined to ghettos and suburban neighborhoods of cities, and trapped in ignorance regarding the socio-political functioning of their nations, living in the most precarious form of life.

The theme aims to discuss the human being as the greatest force for the development of societies, their way of thinking, knowing that even with empirical thought, when associated with education and social integration, it will shape the future.
